The Reuse of Public Sector Information Act 37/2007, of 16 November, transposing Directive 2003/98/EC of the European Parliament and the Council and amended by Act 18/2015, of 9 July (which, in turn, transposes Directive 2013/37/EU), governs the reuse of the public information held by the authorities and bodies on which they have majority participation.
